A non-refundable fee of $5-10k, depending on project size, is charged at this stage, with Revent Builds acting as a consultant. Everything necessary to obtain a bid, including vendor invoices for surveys, permits, soil analysis, architecture, interior design, and engineering, will be managed by us and passed through to the client. A full itemized construction bid is delivered within this time frame.
