Our owner and CEO, John Gioffre, has been in the construction business since 2012. He founded Revent Builds in 2017, bringing with him extensive experience in luxury home building and remodeling. We have successfully completed numerous remodels and additions, and built high-end luxury homes for a diverse range of clients, from luxury spec homes to full-scale developments. The design and construction process begins with the pre-construction phase. We strive to get involved early, serving as a consultant for the client. The entire process is highly collaborative from the outset, with the ultimate goal of ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. You can learn about our architect partners here.

You can most likely anticipate a timeline of approximately 12 to 18 months. However, this can vary depending on the complexity and size of your project. It will not be less than one year.

We ensure that at least 50% of our demolition waste is recycled. Our projects are long-standing and sustainable, utilizing materials such as concrete fiberboard and hardy plank, along with foam insulation for energy efficiency. We employ numerous energy-efficient building techniques and products, ensuring their durability. Depending on a client’s preferences, we can significantly enhance these sustainability measures, incorporating elements such as rainwater harvesting systems and solar panels.

Our estimate and bidding process is meticulously detailed, open, and transparent. Should costs increase, we prefer to say it’s due to our clients’ enthusiasm for our work and want to do more. However, rest assured, you will be thoroughly informed through the use of change orders and clear communication. All our projects are undertaken on a fixed cost basis. The only exceptions to price alterations would be due to additions to the project scope or unforeseen circumstances.

Revent provides a comprehensive one-year warranty that covers all aspects of the build, as well as a two-year warranty on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Upon a client’s request, we can also facilitate a third-party warranty that guarantees the structure for 10 years.

We maintain communication and project updates through our project management software, supplemented by regular, detailed discussions with John, our Project Manager, Superintendents, and administrative staff. This is further enhanced by frequent site visits with clients.

We begin by understanding your expectations, budget, timeline, and design inspirations. From there, we determine the most suitable approach for your project. Detailed design plans, renderings, and layouts are created next, which determine pricing. Our goal is to minimize assumptions and ensure clarity throughout the process.

The choice of materials depends on the specific project, and we work with a wide array of suppliers. We tend to recommend materials that we trust and can guarantee under warranty. However, if you’re interested in more exotic materials, we have the capability to source any material from around the globe.
