We completely overhauled the exterior of this Pleasant Cove project, giving it a brand new look! From all-new tongue and groove soffits to repaired walls finished with fresh paint – no detail was forgotten.
What’s more? We converted their garage loft into an incredible guest suite complete with steel railings on each porch. Out back we built them a custom pool deck along with 20+ concrete footings for support as well as 6ft tall privacy screens made from IPE wood decking throughout – perfect for those summer BBQs and swim parties by the water.
On top of that, there’s now also metal roofs over boththegarage apartment&pool equipment shedfor extra protection against any inclement weather coming through Rollingwood City!

At the Pleasant Cove project in the City of Rollingwood, we completed extensive exterior remodeling and we converted the garage loft into a luxury new guest suite.
On the exterior, the second-story porches wrap around the entire home underwent a full remodel which included new tongue and groove soffits, IPE decking, custom steel railings at all porches, and back yard.
We also repaired the entire exterior of the home and topped it off with a completely new exterior paint job. We installed new 6 inch seamless gutters complete with debris screens around the whole exterior. New steel frame deck at the garage as designed by a structural engineer, IPE decking, custom steel railing. We demoed the existing pool deck and stone patio. New concrete retaining wall around pool, over 20 new concrete footings for the deck as designed by the engineer, and then built the new custom 1500 sqft pool deck with a 6ft tall privacy screen & IPE decking throughout. We installed a new metal roof over the garage apartment and pool equipment shed.
After demoing the existing garage loft, we added new plumbing and electricity to convert the raw space into a new guest suite. We installed an HVAC system and ducts in the guest suite. We bumped up the garage roof system to add ceiling height for the new bathroom. Custom cabinetry, custom trim work, smooth level 5 texture throughout.
Fully permitted, passed all City of Rollingwood inspections, and obtained Certificate of Occupancy.
